This Legal Notice identifies the provider of the ReloClarity service, as required by the law that applies to the operating company.
Service provider
ReloClarity and reloclarity.com are operated by:
Athanix OÜ. Legal form: private limited company (OÜ). Registered in the Estonian Commercial Register, registry code 17508234. Registered office: Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia.
We are the party you contract with when you use ReloClarity, the controller of the account data we hold about you, and the provider responsible for the Service. We are not currently subject to VAT collection; where taxes apply to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, computes them from the billing location.

Consumer dispute resolution
ReloClarity is a business service. Where you nonetheless use it as a consumer, you may be able to bring a dispute before an out-of-court consumer dispute-resolution body in your country of residence. We do not currently commit to a specific alternative dispute-resolution scheme; please raise any consumer concern with us first at legal@reloclarity.com and we will work in good faith to resolve it.
